DORINA KROLL, PT, DPT

Owner
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist

I received my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from University of Maryland in 2007 and my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2011.  I have worked in various outpatient settings in the Baltimore and Montgomery County areas and am passionate about helping patients feel like their very best selves.  As a mom of two, I understand how hard it can be to make self-care a priority. These days, we keep ourselves so busy that it can be hard to make time for our own health.  My mission is to make PT as comfortable and convenient as possible! I strive to make every minute we spend together meaningful to your PT journey.

I am trained in external and internal pelvic floor physical therapy by the American Physical Therapy Association's Academy of Pelvic Health.

Selective Functional Movement Assessment I and II
Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist

As a Physical Therapist and a Pilates Instructor, I bring a unique perspective to rehabilitation and fitness that combines a rich variety of training and years of experience. I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Pilates Instructor Certification, and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

I am most recently certified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. I combine Pilates principles with Pregnancy and Post Partum corrective exercises to create a safe full-body workout. Each functional movement incorporates breathing techniques and body mechanics to help return the core and pelvic floor muscles to peak function. I enjoy empowering women with pelvic floor issues to regain the ability and confidence to return to the sports and activities they love. If you want to improve your core strength, posture, flexibility, balance, and overall fitness, I have the knowledge and expertise to meet you where you are and create a program to reach your goals.
